To update your Tacswap Account email, log in and navigate to Account > Login & Security then update your existing email to a new one.
If you have lost access to the email used to create your Tacswap account, submit a support ticket - our support team will be able to walk you through logging in with a 2FA bypass where you will then be able to update your account email.
Please note that you will still need to use your password - if you have lost access to your email and password, there will be no way to verify or recover your account.
If you are a user that has access to the email used to create your account but are not receiving 2FA codes to login, it is likely that our emails are blocked by your provider - this could have been caused by unsubscribing to Tacswap emails or reporting them as spam.
If you are not receiving 2FA codes to your email (or other emails from Tacswap) and believe that this could be the cause of it - please submit a support ticket so that our team can walk you through the process of receiving emails again.
